Article Submission (For Writers/Authors)

1. By submitting your article to Top7Business.com, you declare that you are the sole owner of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. You also declare that you wrote 100% of the article.
   
   
2. Your submission to Top7Business.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our Top7Business Ezine and RSS feed.
   
   
3. Your submission to Top7Business.com also gives permission for your articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites, RSS feeds and print publications that we own or control. We do not currently allow publishers to reprint any article in our website, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers below is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates our terms of service and your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyrights to protect your interests, and not the responsibility of Top7Business.com or its owners to enforce your copyrights. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
   
   
4. It is in the Top7Business.com Team's sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article will be published. Quality matters. :-)

7. Top7Business is advertiser supported to keep costs down. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.
   
   
8. If your article does not conform to the Top7Business editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the guidelines.

Using Top7Business.com (For Publishers)

We do not currently allow any article to be reprinted at any time. If you wish to reprint any article found in our website, please contact the owner of that article for reprint rights information.
