I have rediscovered this web site after starting a new job and recreating my online resources. I began fundraising for a cancer institute a week ago today. I live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (work in the District, live in VA).
I am fresh off a year long sabatical taking care of some ailing family members. I have dedicated most of my career to health and health advocacy. Cancer is my passion and I have finally dedicated my whole life to the cause.
I am not so good at talking about myself, but thought it would be a good place to start. I look forward to participating in this area...my saw is definitely in need of some sharpening!
