  2. Many times its the items of value, such as employees who care about the customer, that do not cost more, that are valued over lower priced competing products or services, which are similar.

  3. Your secret is in the DETAILS. SMALL things mean everything to many clients. Did you say thank you? Did you smile? Were you on time?

  4. When setting your prices, make sure you can deliver MORE than the customer expects for the value you are charging, so that you always appear to be giving them more than they pay for.

  7. Do free seminars for your clients, that educate them on how to get more out of your product or service. Give free demo's.
