  1. Ask them to buy. Studies show 70% of all salespeople don't ask for the order.

  2. Give them 7-10 great reasons to buy, via a fax, flyer, email.

  3. Give them a sample of your product.

  4. Remove their risk. All of it. Put the risk of satisfaction 100% on your shoulders, not the customers.

  5. Give them a list of guarantees that you can follow through on.

  6. REMEMBER to follow up. According to my studies, 93% of all sales are lost because of failure to FOLLOW UP.

  7. Send your customers gifts of information that will help them better understand how to use your product and to get more of what they want, while improving their lives/business at the same time.
