Each day, we as business professionals endure the rigors of work as well as other factors which may cause stress in our lives. From bosses and fellow co-workers to our own families and activities, stress can take its toll on the outlook we have on our own lives. Sometimes it makes us feel we aren't good enough to achieve our goals or that we may not be able to perform our daily jobs or functions. That's why self-esteem is so important for us. It controls the way we feel as well as our outlook and attitude on life.
