  1. Discover when your peak work hours are, and make your work life evolve around those hours, so you are most effective.

  2. ALWAYS take the last 15 minutes of each work day, to prepare for the next day. This will usually save you 2 hours the next day, and make you more focused.

  3. Start your day 1 hour earlier than everyone else. You want a competitive edge? This is it.

  4. IDENTIFY your own 80/20 rule. Is 80% of your day really ineffective? If so, what are you doing during the 20% which produces all of your tangible resultes?

  5. DECIDE to take control of your game. Make your own rules for the strategies you'll need to manage your time.

  6. TAKE ACTION: What are 3 things you've been procrastinating about doing this week? Get them done over the next hour. Do it. :)

  7. Lastly, USE Technology, ONLY WHEN it saves you time or produces a positive equity gain in your life or business.
