  1. What is currently impossible, that if it where possible, would delight my customers, and not let my competitors sleep at night?

  2. Which system within your business has not been questioned, improved on, re-designed in the last 12 months?

  3. Which improvements/changes in my business, would have the highest impact in increasing my equity or the equity of my business?

  4. Which improvements/changes in my business, would have the highest impact in increasing my equity or the equity of my business?

    The "Borg" would say Assimilate or terminate :)

  5. Which expenses are currently in the "STUPID" category?

  6. What can we do today, that will make it easier for our customers to buy from us? Which barrier can I eliminate?

  7. What is the #1 barrier stopping 50% of the prospects who do not buy from us? How could we eliminate that barrier, without becoming another company or changing our core focus?
